Quick Breakfast Oats

This is one especially for those of us who lead busy lives and don’t have a lot of time to prepare breakfast in the morning.

If you like porridge this will be an absolute game changer for you. More than anything this is a product recommendation. This porridge made such a huge difference to my morning routine that I recommend it to all of my clients who love oats for breakfast and need to up their protein intake.

Bulk Powders Protein Porridge comes in a number of different flavours, but I like the unflavoured one. Unlike some other ready made porridges you can find in supermarkets this is not filled with sugar. The other thing that makes this special is that it comes with some extra protein. Oats are a great source of carb, but the additional protein in this is helpful for someone who struggles to hit their daily protein. I usually have 60g of it in the morning and this will keep me full until lunchtime. My personal preference is to use fruity toppings but the sky is the limit. The unflavoured version is best for people who like to mix up what they have in their porridge.
