Go to “My Account” and manage your subscription there.

You will be billed on the first day when you subscribe.

You can change your payment information under “My Account” and payment methods.

Click on your name in the top right corner and select “Messages” and “New Message” from the drop-down menu. Send your questions directly to “Christina” to get trainer support. Your direct messages are all private, only you can see them.

The next four workouts will be made available in the second month of your subscription.
